Italian politician Filippo Penati called on the Italian government to negotiate again with Bulgaria and Romania the possibility to impose moratorium on the entrance of both countries' citizens in Italy.

Penati is chairman both of Milan province and the left coalition in Italy.

Filippo Penati's claim is based on data from Ministry of Interior, that the crime, which is not done by Italian citizens, is becoming a wound for North Italy, and especially for Milan.

Penati called for Bulgarians and Romanians to enter Italy with visa for the next to years, informed BNR.

If this flow does not stop, the situation will become out of control. We hardly succeed to manage 100, and 1000 new are coming. it is as trying to empty the sea with a spoon, Penati also said.

After Bulgaria and Romania acceded to the European Union, both countries' citizens can enter Italy only with their personal identification documents.
