New Holiday Complex 'Green Dreams' Will Arise in Coastal Kavarna

The complex will be situated over a total area of 9,000sq.m, just 200m away from the beach.
The project is designed on four levels. On the first one are foreseen: a restaurant with 160 places, coffee-bar and stores.
On the next levels will be situated apartments (each with an area of 60 to 150sq.m).
The price per sq. m. is between 850 and 1,100 EUR.
Luxurious additions will be verandas with hammocks and barbecues. Garages and underground parking lot places cost 5,000 EUR.
