Stoian Stalev, executive director of Bulgarian Investments Agency bestowed a first class certificate to Nikolai Kaloianov, executive director of "Balkanstroi" for the project "Pirin golf and country club".

A golf-club, modern installations and a hotel part is expected to be build on an area of 780 decares between Bansko resort and the city of Razlog, informed money.bg.

The foreseen investment is round 130 million BGN ( 65 million EUR). The construction of the modern golf centre for sports and entertainment will take on 200 new work places and after the opening of the project the hired people will exceed 500.

The project is foreseen to be finished in three years. The received certifications will  facilitate and will shorten the regimes and procedures for the realization of the investment project.
