According to the latest rumours, Slavi Trifonov will be the man behind the long-awaited first soap opera.

Bulgaria's second private television NTV will make a huge production, called "Ardent Love" having 300 episodes at minimum. It will be aired daily, at the prime-time, immediately after the evening news.

Slavi Trifonov will be personally occupied with the casting procedures. The producers' main goal is to present what real life in Bulgaria is; it will show various fates, strangely interconnected with one another.

The first episodes are expected to be aired in the autumn, when Trifonov officially leaves BTV which will effectively put an end to "Slavi's Show".
