From June 2010 smoking in closed areas is banned.
This decided the Bulgarian parliament after tumultuous discussions which started yesterday.
According to the deputy Borislav Kitov it is a rash decision. He suspects the it won’t be observed and what will happen will be the same as the imposition of excise on the home-made brandy.
