Bulgaria's capital Sofia-city is among the most favourable cities to live in, shows a research of the human resources consultancy 'ECA International'.

In the period 2002-2007 Sofia changed in quite positive way, together with Delhi (India), Baku(Azerbaijan) and Vilnius(Lithuania).

The Europeans that participated in the ranking survey have chosen Geneva (Switzerland) as the city that offers best living conditions, followed by Basel (Switzerland),Copenhagen (Denmark), Luxembourg, Bonn (Germany).

Best city in the world to live in for the Asians is the island city-state Singapore. Right after it are Sydney and Melbourne (Australia) and Kobe (Japan). 

Baghdad (Iraq) and Kabul (Afghanistan) are rated as the least favourable place in the world to live in.
