The suggestion for the construction of beachfront villas, aqua park, golf courses and a small runway for charter planes was included in the zoning plan of Sozopol.
In the next two weeks the plan will be presented to the municipality council.
Reizi informed about considerable investor interest towards the St Ivan and St Kirik islands near Sozopol.
The Gradina and Kavatsi camping sites are also included as part of the building plans.
Sozopol fish port will be given to a concessionaire and developed as a yacht port.
There are plans for St Ivan island to be developed into a tourist destination due its archeological heritage, the Dnevnik told.
The municipality is also trying to get St Kirik island which is a decommissioned military base and has been declared a national heritage site.
