The Trud daily

"Municipal hospitals up to their ears in debt", "Trud" writes in its main feature "The Topic". The government will not close down municipal hospitals, the Deputy Minister of Health Care Emil Rainov explained. According to him, only the municipalities have the right to decide the fate of health institutions. And they are accruing new debt, in the end of last year the debt of the 105 municipal institutions were 40 million levs, the paper comments.

Each vacationer on the Bulgarian Black sea this season will have at his/her disposal 8 square meters and if the strip has an area of more than 100 decares, the tourist must have at his disposal 12 square meters "personal sand", "Trud" announces from its front page. This is the new normative for a beach space, put down in the confirmed by the government methodology for defining the minimal tax for the renting of the sea beaches.

The 24 chasa daily

38.3 million levs premiums were taken in the National Income Agency for 2008, "24 chasa" announced from its front page. This was understood from the answer of Minister Plamen Oresharski to the Chair of the Commission for fight against corruption. The ex Executive Director of the Agency Maria Murgina has received an average of 3083 levs premium per month. Her substitute Krassimir Stefanov, who inherited the post, received an average of 2500 levs. For 2008 the National Income Agency has gathered 302 million levs additionally. A law and a regulation allow them to distribute as a stimulus 25 percent of them, the paper specifies.

The Sega daily

"Bulgaria expects several dozen advisors from the EU", Vice Premier and Minister of Internal Affairs Ivaylo Kalfin says. The question with the advisors is the following: this is an untraditional, but very well thought out anti-crisis measure, Kalfin points out. After the end of the economic crisis Bulgaria should be very different, more competitive, while one of the factors for this is the judicial system. Our idea is to use this period for a comparatively cheap measure so that the best experience is taken from the member states of the EU in the organization and functioning of the administration, he explains. He underscores that there is no way for a political board to exist, because there is political responsibility, which belongs to the Bulgarian authority, while it is a matter of advisors in the state administration.

"The services illegally spied on 40 000 thousand people", "Sega" announces from its front page. About  330 000 telephone and Internet files for 40 000 people have been demanded for one year, Minister Mihail Mikov announced in front of deputies from the Internal Parliamentary Commission. More than one file has been demanded for one person, because often times many phones were used. From Mikov's explanations according to "Sega" it was clear that the bigger part of the data has been gathered without a court decision as it is the lawful procedure according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs Law.
