Discrimination in Bulgaria- Stronger than in the 60s, USA

Discrimination in Bulgaria is widely spread phenomenon- as a victim of intolerant attitude are feeling 28% of the citizens. This is claimed by a research of ‘Scala‘agency. ‘As far as I am informed, even round the Martin- Luther King's murder and following students' rebels in the end of 60ties, similar discrimination measures towards Afro-Americans in USA haven't shown such high level' comments the Agency director Cvetozar Tomov.
In Bulgaria the highest percentage is of people, who feel discriminated by ethnic belonging- 68%. For the first time high percentage of people who feel discriminated because of property status is registered - 23 %.
Most sharpened negative attitude in the research is registered towards sexual minorities. Over the half of asked say, they would like to work in one room with a homosexual. Over 70% wouldn't make a friendship with such people.
Round 78% of the interviewed answer, they wouldn't let their children in a class, where teacher is homo sexual.
Among the Bulgarians prejudices is the fact, 45 % of the parents wouldn't accept different sexual orientation in their own children. Every 5th says he wouldn't support his child, if he gets to know such fact.
