Bulgaria takes measures against pig flu

The Bulgarian ministry of healthcare will outline measures for the increase of the control regarding the flu and the respiratory diseases in response to the recommendation of the World Health Organization after the sparking of the pig flu, informed BNR.
Representatives of the ministry pointed out that it is in constant contact with the European centre for control of the diseases and with the World Health Organization.
Yesterday, dr. Angel Kunchev from the Health ministry claimed that so far Bulgaria was not among the risk countries in which pandemic might occur.
Meanwhile the number of the victims in Mexico reached 103. Infection cases are being tested in Europe, Israel and New Zealand. 20 people are contaminated in USA and 6 in Canada.
