Two Ladies Made the Breakthrough in Libya

After years of diplomacy – quiet or noisier, two ladies – France's First lady Cecilia Sarkozy and European commissioner Benita Ferrero Waldner went to Libya, met colonel Gaddafi, negotiated 48 hours with the Libyan foreign ministry and brought the six convicts in Bulgaria. According to analysts the French diplomacy has proven its high quality. According to the Bulgarian analyst on Arab issues Vladimir Chukov, obviously the psychoanalysts have chosen the best way to negotiate with the Libyan leader.
