August 14 and 15 are announced for mourning days in Tsar Kaloyan town, because of the 8 flood victims, announced today the town's mayor Ahmed Ahmedov.

Vaccines will be given to the citizens to avoid an epidemic. The water is still undrinkable.

Experts from SAPARD agency will support the municipality and will prepare project on ‘Renovation and development of villages' program.
