The Trud daily

"Real estate deals over 500 000 levs checked-up", "Trud" writes on its front page. All real estate deals of individuals worth more than 500 000 levs, concluded in the last year, will be checked-up by the National Income Agency, the Prosecutor's office, the Internal Affairs Ministry and State Agency "National Security", European Affairs Minister Gergana Pasi announced yesterday. The campaign is a part of a schedule of measures, adopted by the government for fulfillment of the recommendations of the European Commission. The aim of the check-ups is an examination whether taxes have been paid for the deals and whether the source of the funds, with which the real estate has been purchased, can be proven.

The 24 chasa daily

"148:85 for Sergey in the last vote", "24 chasa" writes. With the support of 148 deputies the government survived the seventh and last for this mandate vote of non-confidence. 85 of the opposition declared themselves "against" the cabinet. After the vote they left as a sign of protest. "I thank the opposition for the initiation of the vote. From the debates it was clear that a big part of the obligations of the three ruling parties have been fulfilled", Premier Sergey Stanishev stated.

"Up until 10.X antiques and treasure hunters in the daylight", "24 chasa" announces. Up until October 10 all antiques must come in the daylight. By this time collectors are required to demand identification and registration of the owned archeological culture valuables. This has been written down in the Law on culture heritage, which was adopted by deputies on second reading yesterday. All personal and immovable archeological valuables are already public state property, the law reads.

"He was banished, but not castigated", "24 chasa" points out. Vladimir Kuzov is not a deputy anymore. He was banished by the National Assembly yesterday by 178 votes "for" , 1 "against" and 2 "abstained". The reason - the verdict of Sofia city court of 3 years prison on probation and a public castigation because of pedophilia. His banishment is the first in the newest history of the National Assembly, but a castigation from the tribune was not heard.

"Bulgarian National Bank made a gesture to banks", "Sega" informs. The Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) made a gesture to banks aiming to leave more free money in them and to unburden the credit market. After on several occasions in the last months it freed a total of 3 billion levs, blocked in BNB, yesterday it  prolonged the term, after which the treasuries are  obliged to set aside 100% of the amount of the unattended loan.
