The letter is connected with the forthcoming visit of EC representatives on March 10 and 11, in order to be formed committees for observation of SAPARD program execution.

According to ODS deputy Yane Yanev as a result of this, Bulgaria will lose at least 100 - 150 million EUR.

Except that the SPAPARD resources' beneficiaries will have to return the money.

Yanev reproached the Government, they didn't accept the opposition's proposal inquiry commission to be established about the case State Fund ‘Agriculture' and the draining of SAPARD resources.

In Yanev's opinion few more affairs will get into the light.

Except the fact, the absorbing of resources, previewed for rural regions' development have been deferred, the whole system had scraped.

Another oppressive fact is among the beneficiaries of SAPARD resources there are sponsors of the governing majority, Yanev added.
