Depeche Mode’s show in Sofia still unclear

Depeche Mode canceled a second concert from their tour. Their Turkish fans will also miss the group’s show. Tonight Depeche were supposed to sing in Istanbul but because of the health problems of the frontman Dave Gahan the concert failed.
Gahan was taken urgently to hospital on Tuesday with acute gastric problems. Because of this the show in the Greek capital Athens was canceled.
Depeche Mode should be in Bucharest on 16 May and on Monday is their concert on the national stadium “Vassil Levski” in Sofia. The organizers from Sofia Music Enterprise said for Darik that they are still waiting for a call from the managers of the band to know whether there will be a concert in Sofia or no. They, however, claimed that the work for construction of the stage on the national stadium hadn’t stopped.
On the official website of the group there are also no details for Gahan’s condition and the concert of Depeche Mode in Sofia. The information there hasn’t been updated since the beginning of the month.
