Bulgaria is the land of the probably first letter script culture in the world - the one of Thracian- Besses, dated on XIII Century B.C.

This claims the Orpheus explorer Nikolai Gigov.

Later this script was developed by the two Slav brothers Kiril and Metodi, who created the Cyrillic letters.

Prove for this statement Gigov found in the Roman Amphitheatre in Plovdiv. On the wall he deciphered a wall- writing on ancient language. The whole writing spreads on 5 meters, as between every letter there is space of about half a meter.

According to the explorer the inscription means ORPHEUS and is written with Thracian letters. The inscription itself is dated on 2nd Century.

Gigov considers it was made by Roman on the ancient Thracian language as a sign of honour to forefathers and the ancient hero Orpheus.

Gigov says his discovery could not be contested even by the Greek scientists and historians, because at the time Thracians had already written with their letter script- XIII C. B.C., the Greek State hasn't even been established.
