Inspectors from Constructional Control in Varna, Burgas and Dobrich are doing check ups to all projects, situated near beaches or doubtfully are constructed over the beach line.

Vice Minister of Regional Development Savin Kovachev commented in front of municipality officials the new law for the Black sea coast. The check up will continue for about one month.

According to Kovachev's words, if there are illegal construction sides established, the buildings will be demolished. The law changes are expected due the beaches concession.

The Minister added that many of the contracts for beach strips expire in 2008. The procedure for electing of new concessionaires still hasn't started.

The municipality has no possibilities to manage those beaches, said Kovachev.
