Mourning in Bulgaria's Tsar Kaloyan

As we informed you yesterday, on August 14 and 15 in the municipality of Tsar Kaloyan town has been announced mourning in memory of the flood victims. All flags in the municipality will be half dropped. Mass liturgy will be hold in memory of the 8 victims.
Clearings and disinfection works in the town continue.
Bulgaria's Internal Minister Rumen Petkov will meet todayin Razgrad with the district governor Nasko Atanasov and Tsar Kaloyan's Mayor Ahmed Ahmedov.
Power supplying in the town is already restored.
