Green Light for the Annex of Highway 'Trakia'

The work group had to suggest some changes in the achieved reservations with the Portuguese- Bulgarian consortium and to enter these changes in the concession contract, reported money.bg.
According to the new text the concessionaire should take entirely the constructional risk. Any state guaranty in the contract clauses are to be dropped out.
The cabinet authorized the Minister of Regional Development to sign additional agreement to the concession contract for ‘Trakia'.
Contract still not operates- I haven't signed the annex yet, said Gagauzov.
The Minister added that he wants to examine every point of the annex first, after that the contract will be signed and sent to the Eurostat ( Statistical Office of the European Communities).
