Romania and Bulgaria are in the list of countries, in which is possible to occur overheat of property market in middle term, said Romanian media, citing report of ‘UniCredit'.

Specialists paid attention that in spite of that in Central and Eastern Europe are not foreseen serious shaking of property market, risks are obviously raising.

‘Precaution macroeconomics policy and detailed monitoring on credits are quite important for averting vastly diversions from the stable development, was also said in the report.
