The arguments for not legalizing the prostitution in Bulgaria will outweigh, commented deputy main prosecutor Hristo Manchev, by the time of the circle table ‘Pros and cons of prostitution's legalization in Bulgaria'. According to his words the question with prostitution's legalizing has two different meanings - moral, economy and judicial and the other is- the civil sense of morality, honor and duty in relation with the persons, involved in the prostitution.
National Commission of fighting the traffic of people aims to decide the issue, so the prostitution's relation with criminality could be overcome , or in other words - the human traffic, Manchev explained.
He also added that in the last 4-5 months 38 lawsuits for traffic of people were finished. The injured women are 76, 7 from them were under aged.
