Forest Week in Bulgaria

The traditional ‘Forest Week' starts today and will continue till April 8. This years' motto says: ‘Bulgarian Forest - indivisible part of the European Green Wealth'.
Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Nihat Kabil will award journalists for contribution of concerning themes from the forest sector.
The Minister will also bestow prizes to 10 officials from National Forest Directorate, that participated in the suppression of forest fires from the beginning of 2007.
The official opening ceremony will take place in ‘Ivan Vazov' National Theatre at 16:00h on Monday, April 2.
