Russia's First Lady Visits Bulgaria

The wife of the Russian president Vladimir Putin – Lyudmila Putina arrives on a 2-day visit to Bulgaria. Russia's first lady will open the 11th congress of the International association of teachers of Russian language and culture, which will be held tomorrow in the Bulgarian Black sea capital Varna.
Today at 13.30h Lyudmila Putina and the wife of the Bulgarian president Zorka Parvanova wil visit Sofia university “St. Kliment Ohridski” where a ceremony will be held to name the Russian language test center there after acad. V.V. Vinogradov.
