That was announced by the chairman of Bulgarian Association of Alternative Tourism (BAAT) Liubomir Popiordanov on a press conference on the occasion of the 10th association's birthday.
The state has to ponder over the way Bulgarian nature landscape changes, Popjordanov declared.
7,8 million foreigners have visited Bulgaria last year, as 4.9 million of them were tourists.
In comparison, hardly 30% of Bulgarians afford themselves vacation.
The rural tourism in Bulgaria marks 360, 000 foreign visitors and common incomes of 65 million EUR for 2007.
According to BAAT the rural tourism leads to improving of local economics.
4,000 to 5,000 people visit Bulgaria for bird - watching per year, most of which British and Scandinavian.
According to the Analysis and Evaluation of Tourism Institute Bulgaria will have 45 golf playgrounds in 2020.
