Russian Tourists Prefer Bulgaria than Turkey, Spain and Egypt

27% increase of Russian tourists and preservation of the German ones foresees Anelia Krushkova, head of the State Agency of Tourism (SAT).

The Russians registered lately a tendency of low interest for tourist destinations like Turkey, Spain and Egypt and in the same time - increased interest to Bulgaria.

Krushkova expressed her fears for the negative consequences in the Bulgarian tourist sector in the next few years because of the imposing of Asians and Pacific countries as tourist destinations.
