Properties in Sozopol the Costliest on Bulgaria's Seaside

Real Estate Properties in the summer resort of Sozopol town (Southern-Eastern Bulgaria), are the most expensive on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, reported the Standart daily.
The price in the resort goes to 900 EUR per sq.m.
Experts advice the potential buyers to purchase estates situated more to the inland. The estates are about 500 EUR per sq. m. in Burgas region.
In the region of Bulgaria's summer capital Varna city the price is round 470 EUR for a sq. m.
Among the winter resorts, the town of Smolian's average price of the real estates is 316 EUR per sq.m.
