The film, shoot in continuance of 9 months, evoked sharp reactions in UK, European commission and European parliament.
‘I was deeply confused by this film, made without love towards Bulgaria, which is just part, stroke of an Anti Bulgarian campaign.
Unfortunately, I don't know who and for what purpose have provoked it.' the head of Bulgarian state commented.
He added, there are facts in the documentary, which we, Bulgarians know for sure quite well.
President Purvanov made this statement in Rousse, the regional city of the problem orphan home, where he opened a discussion forum of children's problems.
